- Use the same breakfast options daily (decision gone!)
- Make a lunch pattern (Mon: salads, Tues: sandwiches, etc.)
- Set up auto grocery ordering based on your plan
- Give family members prep jobs they can handle

Pro Tip: For picky eaters, start simple with a 7-day meal rotation using their favorite dishes as your foundation. If your family craves variety (like mine!), begin with the 14-day plan, then gradually expand to a 3-week or 4-week rotation. This prevents the dreaded "Are we having this AGAIN?!" while still keeping your planning simple.
